It’s International Women’s Day and the KensieMae family is proud to spotlight a couple of the incredible women leading our team!

Courtney Jerome, President

As an original co-founder of KensieMae and as company President, Courtney has been a continual driving force of the success, growth, and reputation KensieMae has achieved. From logistics to organization, strategy to execution, Courtney’s vision, insight, leadership and direct oversight of business operations have helped blaze the path for KensieMae for more than 7 years.

Katherine Downs, Regional IDS Manager

‘Kat’ leads our Central IDS Team in her role as Regional Manager for KensieMae. Her vast experience in mortgage operations and lending compliance, coupled with her inspirational leadership approach, has helped propel the Central IDS group to one of the company’s top-performing and recognized teams.

Diane Mesgleski, Product Support Manager

Overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing support of more than 8000 solutions is no small feat.  Diane’s front-line efforts are a key contributing factor to the reputation KMT has earned. With extensive knowledge of lending operations, wholesale and retail lending, and the mortgage industry in general, Diane helps drive the success of KMT innovation every day.

KensieMae is proud and honored to have a 50/50 gender ratio, and we continue to add incredible women to our leadership and key roles as we grow.  Recognizing the accomplishments of the remarkable women here at KensieMae is a regular, daily occurrence and we certainly don’t need a national ‘Day’ to remind us of just how integral each and every one of them is to our mission and success!  We also acknowledge that focusing on and improving representation and ensuring diversity across all ranks is as imperative as celebrating and noting women’s accolades today.
