Our Kensie Cares recipient from the previous quarter is both a long-time coming and well deserved. We are proud to announce our Kensie Cares honoree, Brian Ferguson!

Brian is that “go-to” person for his colleagues. He is always willing to roll up his sleeves and dive into the problem-solving fray, going above and beyond to provide truly stellar service. Clients have come to rely on Brian’s effortlessly clear communication style, genuine concern, and willingness to own a challenge to its conclusion. We genuinely appreciate and benefit from having Brian as our West Region IDS Operations Manager. The calm, reassuring meter of his voice, his kind nature, and depth of experience make him everything that one could hope for in a teammate, a manager, a friend.

For Brian’s charity, he chose to donate to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Here’s a description of their mission from their website:

Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education, and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.
AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide. AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies:
- Funding scientific research
- Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention
- Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention
- Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide in our mission

Brian, congrats once again and thank you for your dedication to all you do. You are absolutely a gentleman and a scholar!

In honor of the company’s namesake and her generosity and willingness to help others in need, KensieMae is very proud to promote our Kensie Cares program. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our amazing team with a little well-deserved show of appreciation for their continued efforts, and at the same time helping provide some much-needed love and support for those in need.

Each quarter, the KensieMae employee who has most shown and exemplified the quality of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamsmanship, and exceptional effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our Clients & Partners as well as internally), shall receive special recognition and, additionally, a $1000.00 donation will be made in that recipient’s name to the deserving charity of their choosing. This achievement will be announced on the company website, social media, and blogs as a proud display to all of the emphasis, importance, and value that KensieMae places on both its hard-working team and in giving back to the communities in which we live.
