For her Kensie Cares nonprofit, Joanne has chosen to support the Phoenix Wildlife Center, an organization that rescues injured and orphaned native wildlife while promoting conservation education.

Founded in 1992, the Phoenix Wildlife Center is a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating and releasing native birds, mammals, and reptiles. The center provides all services free of charge, operating with primarily volunteer staff and relying entirely on private donations for funding.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.  

Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
