
KeniseMae National Partnership Managers are responsible for business development as well as B2B relationship cultivation and management through working with prospective and existing KensieMae Clients and Partners. A National Partnership Manager generates revenue for the company, building, earning, managing, and maintaining those relationships through stellar customer service, managing the discovery and demo phases of KensieMae solutions and services, and Partner/Client record ownership.
Basic Job Duties Include:
• Works with prospective and existing clients in identifying solutions and opportunities KM has to offer to solve Client issues/needs and provide ROI
• Demo tools and solutions, with continued service for all their LOS (ex: Encompass, MeridianLink) enhancement needs
• Works with Clients and Partners through discovery phases of IDS Engagements
• Works with Clients and Partners through the discovery phases of KMU and training opportunity services
• Works with Clients and Partners through discovery phases on custom development, integration, and custom solutions project opportunities
• Client/Partner relationship manager and 'record owner', gathering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information, client requests, and lead management details
• Ensure ongoing communication with clients regarding new products, features, upgrades, updates, and opportunities
• Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold the KM customer service reputation.
• Responsible for proper client offboarding processes
• Maintain regular quarterly communications via quarterly client meetings.
• Foster effective communication, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional teams and other departments as needed
• Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified leads generated through inbound inquiries and strategic outreach, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship-building
• Opportunity for occasional travel to attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows
