Quality Control Specialist

KensieMae Quality Control Specialists ensure the functionality, workflow, performance, and user interface of products and solutions adhere to company standards and documented requirements. This position works closely with Product and Development teams to promote the successful release on schedule and maintenance throughout the life of KensieMae solutions for internal and external audiences.

Basic Job Duties Include:

Coordinate with the Product team for new products and new feature releases, including detailed reviews of potential product benefits and use cases.
Manage feedback and communications with the Development team during the build and release-prep phase of product and solutions development.
Perform regression testing on products and solutions to ensure company standards and requirements are met and upheld.
Coordinate and communicate with Support, Product, and Development teams to triage and identify product issues.
Create and maintain White Paper documentation, including review of feedback from users when provided.
Develop and assist with QC procedures and documentation for testing on new and existing products and solutions.
