We're proud to announce Casey Bova as our latest Kensie Cares honoree! As a Customer Support Manager at KensieMae, Casey serves as the primary point of contact for Diehl Mortgage Training and Compliance, our mortgage education division. Her extensive knowledge of Diehl's offerings and exceptional customer service skills have made her an indispensable resource for our valued students.

These testimonials reflect her genuine commitment to providing exceptional support and ensuring each student feels valued.
Casey excels at connecting with students and addressing their needs with patience and understanding. Her lightning-fast response times and adaptability, combined with her professional demeanor, ensure that every student interaction results in a positive experience, making her a cornerstone of the Diehl support experience.
For her Kensie Cares nonprofit selection, Casey has chosen to support the Animal Protection League, an organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes animals as well as educates the public on humane animal treatment.
The Animal Protection League provides shelter, medical care, and behavioral support to animals in need while operating community outreach and education programs. Through their comprehensive approach to animal welfare, they work to create a more humane community for all animals.
We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.
Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
