We’re proud to celebrate John Giambrone as our latest Kensie Cares nominee! As an IDS Projects Manager, John has made a significant impact since joining our team. His positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to tackle challenges head-on have made him a valuable member of KensieMae.
“From day one, John has excelled in complex situations and has maintained a great attitude while always lending a helpful hand to coworkers. He’s always willing to jump in to solve difficult tasks, pays attention to details, and provides well-researched information,” says Brian Ferguson, IDS Operations Manager and John’s manager.
Colleagues who worked with him even before he joined the company recognize his knowledge and helpful nature, which have only continued to shine in his current role. His responsiveness and problem-solving abilities have made a difference for both internal teams and clients. John also demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, providing thoughtful feedback that strengthens our offerings and enhances the customer experience.
For his Kensie Cares non-profit, John has chosen to support United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago, an organization dedicated to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Having seen their impact firsthand, John notes that "UCP Seguin enriches the lives of their clients and provides invaluable support for their clients' primary caregivers."
John exemplifies many qualities that we value here at KensieMae, and we’re proud to celebrate his outstanding contributions!

UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago provides comprehensive support services that enable individuals to achieve independence and become full members of their communities. Through residential services, vocational training, employment opportunities (including Seguin Auto Center and Seguin Gardens & Gifts), assistive technology services, and foster care, UCP Seguin creates pathways to meaningful, inclusive lives.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.
Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
